Returns & Refunds
It is the policy of J.W. Ryan Music, Inc to accept items for refund ONLY within the first 30 days after shipment.
We will provide a refund ONLY if the following procedures and conditions are satisfied.
- Contact J.W. Ryan Music, Inc., for a return authorization number. Send us an email at marc@ryanmusicstore.com describing the item(s) you wish to return and listing your invoice number.
- If accepted, we will foward a return authorization number to you via email.
- Place the item(s) back into the original package.
- Package the item(s) in the original or simular shipping container for safe return. See conditions below if the item(s) is not in its original package, used or damaged.
- Include a copy of the return authorization email inside the package.
- Send the item(s) postage/shipping paid in full.

Once we receive your return item(s) in original condition we will process a credit to your original credit card equal to the cost of the returned item(s) subject to the restocking & damgee fee (if it applies), and other stipulations listed below.
- We will NOT refund any portion of the original shipping/handling fee.
- We will NOT pay for any return shipping costs.
- If the Item(s) are NOT returned in the original packing, used, or damaged in any way the item(s) will be subject to a restocking & damage fee of between 20% - 100% based on the items condition as returned to our store.
Restocking & damage fees are based on our ability to re-sell the item in "as is" condition to another customer.
Some damages, use, and loss of original packaging may render the item unsuitable for re-sale. Ex: books that are written in, torn, or ripped will not receive a refund since they can not be resold with such use and damage. Item(s) returned used, damaged, without original packaging will be charged the above restocking & damage fee between 20% - 100% which will be determined at our sole discretion based on our ability to re-sell the item in "as is" condition as listed above.
We will inform you when the item has been received and the amount of the credit posted to your original credit card via an email confirmation. We will also notify you if any restocking/damage charges apply.
